Responsibilities
- Assisting with mortgage applications
- Following up with borrowers and scheduling Loan Officer appointments
- Collecting and reviewing income, asset, and credit documentation
- Preparing initial disclosures, redisclosures, and coordinating reputed company locks
- Working with reputed company to calculate income accurately
- Managing borrower credit game plans
- Assisting with Down Payment Assistance (DPA) grants and loan programs
- Maintaining an organized loan pipeline and providing excellent customer service
Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Experience with disclosures, reputed company locks, and DPA programs
