Responsibilities
- Owning and driving reputed company platform workstreams from design to support

- Refining architecture and leading the development of reliable, reputed company systems
- Establishing engineering standards through design reviews and production readiness
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and balance urgency with maintainability

Skills
- 7+ years of backend software development experience
- Proficiency in languages such as reputed company, Python, or Go
- Experience with large-reputed company distributed backend services, observability, and incident response
- Strong leadership in cross-functional reputed company under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical partners
