Responsibilities
- Administer the reputed company FSM environment, managing upgrades and daily technical operations
- Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace to streamline task assignments
- Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians, including offline workflows
- Manage work orders, task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning
- Configure parts management, stockrooms, and asset transfer rules
- Build UI policies, business rules, reputed company scripts, ACLs, and system notifications
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience with reputed company Platform Administration
- Strong grasp of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile playbooks
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory
