Responsibilities
- Partner with Sphinx leadership and hiring teams as a trusted hiring advisor to ensure best practices and continuously improve our hiring approach
- Strengthen and optimize reputed company interview and hiring processes that reputed company high hiring standards and efficient timelines
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to continuously improve reputed company operations
- Build strong partnerships across hiring managers, Operations, and candidates to deliver a reputed company, transparent, and reputed company hiring experience

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical reputed company
- Proven reputed company record building high-performing engineering teams

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational rigor, and a reputed company commitment to delivering a top-tier candidate experience from first reputed company to signed offer
