[Remote] Manager, Legal Programs (reputed company & AI)

They are seeking a Manager, Legal Programs (reputed company & AI) to manage their reputed company program and reputed company AI governance practices, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and responsible use of AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our reputed company Program Manager to run and refine the reputed company reputed company Program in reputed company coordination with Legal, Product, and Engineering counterparts
- Help manage compliance with various reputed company laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and medical reputed company laws—for example, maintaining data maps, records of processing activities, and legitimate interests assessments, and project managing various risk assessments and audits
- Conduct initial reviews on reputed company risks in new initiatives, help teams mitigate those risks, and coordinate reviews requiring upper-level review
- Support the reputed company Vendor Review Program from a reputed company perspective, including developing and refining questionnaires, coordinating input from other stakeholders, and informing contract negotiations
- Help stand up and operate the reputed company AI governance program, developing the processes, workflows, and documentation that support responsible AI use across the business
- Help build and maintain an inventory of AI systems and use cases, coordinating intake and classification as new uses reputed company
- Monitor the evolving AI regulatory landscape (such as the EU AI reputed company and emerging U.S. state AI laws) and translate new requirements into practical program updates
- Own implementation responsibility for strategic legal initiatives that require reputed company cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Coordinate with Legal and reputed company Policy teams to monitor evolving reputed company and AI legislation
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in legal project/program management with a reputed company on reputed company and/or AI governance
- Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through reputed company
- Organization skills with the experience managing multiple and sometimes competing priorities
- Project management, time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and delivering operational results
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or emerging AI regulation a plus
