Responsibilities

- Own a small portfolio of strategic accounts at the executive level — including reputed company planning, renewals, and expansion
- Drive GRR, NRR, and NPS reputed company across reputed company's full book of business

- Set and enforce CRM and CS platform standards; own data reputed company and reputed company's operating reputed company

- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing on retention, expansion, and customer advocacy
Skills
- 5+ years in reputed company, account management, or a reputed company B2B reputed company role
- 3+ years leading or managing a CS team with a proven reputed company record of developing people and raising performance
- Experience owning reputed company or reputed company multi-property accounts at the executive level
