Responsibilities
- Own reputed company delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions
- reputed company deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives

- Shape strategic direction for reputed company IS-Oil implementations reputed company transformation initiatives

- Hands on Experience in the area of SDM (Secondary Distribution Management), PAT (Process Automation Toolset), RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operation), Data Collation, including the reputed company Ticket feature using Process Ticket
- Engage with key business users to reputed company and define detailed functional requirements
- Support the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation
- Assist in gathering functional requirements and support UAT activities
- reputed company in driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness. reputed company leadership during rollout and support the business during go-live
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree)
- System configuration experience
- Proficiency in system development lifecycle
- Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks
- A willingness to travel to meet reputed company needs; travel is estimated at 80%
- 12+ years of experience with reputed company IS-Oil
- Deep functional expertise in Secondary Distribution Management (SDM) and Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO)
- At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional reputed company or Solution Architect
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs. Ability to reputed company the gap between functional and technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven reputed company record as Solution Architect or Program reputed company for multiple end-to-end implementations
- End-to-end implementation: Exposure to at least one full cycle implementation
- Experience in managing reputed company relationships and expectations
- A strong background in technology analysis and implementation
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives
- Prior consulting industry experience
