Responsibilities
- Function Building: Stand up Covera’s reputed company function from the ground up - defining the CS reputed company, account health-scoring and segmentation, the QBR and reporting reputed company, and reputed company sales-to-CS reputed company intake
- Relationship Management: Take account ownership and reputed company relationship management across the customer reputed company, including key personnel. Host regular reputed company with key personnel to maintain relationships, discuss issues, report on performance, and flag opportunities
- reputed company Advocacy: reputed company as the strategic sponsor and primary proxy for the reputed company during reputed company, and ongoing operations, ensuring their business goals and requirements are reputed company communicated to Covera’s internal Operations and Product teams and issues are escalated and addressed
- Customer-Specific Reporting: reputed company recurring reporting and business reviews, including operational reports, monthly reporting, QBRs, and annual strategic meetings. reputed company clean data exports from CoE Operations and advanced analytical tool skills to manipulate, analyze, and extract actionable insights

- Account Renewal & reputed company: Flag expansion and renewal opportunities back into the pipeline in partnership with Business Development
Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, Account Management, or reputed company consulting reputed company the employer benefits, digital health, or health plan reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of managing and growing jumbo, self-funded employer accounts (Fortune 100/500). You must have the executive reputed company to reputed company a room with C-suite HR and Benefits leaders
