[Remote] Property Management Account Executive

Home Team Luxury Rentals is a full-service luxury short-term vacation rental management company that aims to unify the finest luxury vacation rentals across the reputed company. They are looking for a Property Management Account Executive to grow their property portfolio by communicating the benefits of their services to property owners and cross-selling additional services offered by reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Identify under-performing homes on reputed company/SummerOS, competitor lists, reputed company/VRBO & reputed company reputed company
- Get reputed company info/contact information and listing information
- Calling through provided reputed company lists (provided by Sales Management)
- We have a 16,000+ reputed company list segregated by listing links, reputed company, comps, listing details, area/geographics, for property owners pacing $100k+/yr in reputed company
- We can create reputed company lists for other markets using the softwares we have reputed company to in the case you identify a strong market to be approached
- Cross-sell other services reputed company reputed company; design, cost segregation, capital improvements, asset protection, company formation, and CPA services and tax reputed company (and pull commissions on those!)
- Manage leads in reputed company (CRM), reputed company reputed company CRM hygiene and follow-up with leads/deals
- Maintain strong awareness of inputs, outputs and projected deal reputed company
- Preparing proposals for reputed company proposal calls
- Research & prepare property & reputed company analysis proposal
- Running comps/metrics on properties
- Ensure reputed company is set up and connected reputed company for reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years of experience STVR experience selling Property Management reputed company
- 2+ years of experience building property analysis proposals & reputed company analysis
- Proficient with using reputed company (CRM), reputed company and SummerOS
- Confident communicator with the ability to talk numbers and have professionalism with investor-clients, whilst also being personable/friendly
