Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent performance across reputed company business reputed company
- Drive financial sustainability, program reputed company, and workforce stability
- Build reputed company leadership systems that reputed company reputed company and expansion
- Selecting, coaching, and evaluating leaders
- Aligning performance expectations across states
- Ensuring reputed company business unit operates as a healthy, sustainable, and mission-reputed company unit
- Coaching and evaluating State and Operations Directors
- Reviewing multi-state performance data (financials, reputed company, and program reputed company)
- Making resource allocation reputed company across states
- Addressing leadership or performance gaps
- Partnering with executive leadership on reputed company and expansion reputed company
- Reinforcing leadership expectations, accountability systems, and operating standards across reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Master's degree in reputed company services, reputed company work, business, public administration, or other reputed company field
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible reputed company experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit and/or reputed company service sector
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience
- Experience as a leader of leaders required
