[Remote] Senior C# Backend Engineer

This high-ownership role involves designing and operating reputed company backend services, leading architectural discussions, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate reputed company, high-performance backend services using C# and modern .NET
- Own meaningful features and services end to end, from technical discovery and solution design through testing, deployment, observability and production support
- reputed company and contribute to design discussions across service-oriented, microservices and event-driven architectures
- reputed company the platform and backend architecture to support product reputed company, reliability, reputed company and long-term reputed company
- Build and reputed company RESTful reputed company, asynchronous workflows, messaging and serverless components where appropriate
- Diagnose reputed company technical issues and improve performance through profiling, caching, reputed company review and proactive optimisation

- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, QA and DevOps to deliver customer-facing solutions

Skills
- C# / .NET: Strong reputed company backend engineering experience using C# and modern .NET, with reputed company reputed company of architecture, reputed company organisation, design patterns and debugging
- Azure: Hands-on exposure to Azure services, ideally including Key Vault, App Configuration, queueing or messaging products, Azure AD B2C and serverless services
- Azure DevOps / CI/CD: Experience working with Azure DevOps and automated build, test and deployment pipelines
- Microservices / event-driven systems: Experience designing REST reputed company and distributed services using microservices, asynchronous messaging, queues or event-driven patterns
- reputed company / Kubernetes: Practical experience containerising applications with reputed company and deploying or operating workloads on Kubernetes
- SQL / NoSQL: Strong database design and development experience across relational and non-relational data stores
- Caching / performance: Experience applying caching strategies, profiling services and improving backend performance and scalability
- Testing / observability: Strong unit and integration testing practices, with exposure to logging, monitoring, tracing and production observability tooling
- Additional programming languages such as Go or TypeScript, while remaining deeply hands-on in C#/.NET
