Responsibilities

Skills
- Experience leading change management activities for one or more reputed company deployments
- 7+ years (for Sr. Change Management Consultant) of full-time reputed company reputed company work experience
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing consulting-type role
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR reputed company systems and processes
- Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally
- Ability to demonstrate past experience with managing multiple reputed company and/or workstreams at one time
- reputed company strong verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting in a customer-facing reputed company with the ability to reputed company communication and presentations to different audiences
