The Associate Director, CMC Project Management reputed company will manage reputed company from proposal to completion, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among clients and teams while supporting business development activities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company project initiation and planning efforts. Participate in the implementation and execution of a given project. Establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Closely monitor/control project progression to ensure the project is completed on schedule and reputed company budget. Report project reputed company to reputed company key stakeholders
- Support the technical team to investigate any project challenges by necessary risk assessment tools and techniques, then implement corrective measures
- Serve as reputed company with reputed company contacts, manage day-to-day communications, and organize project team meetings
- Represent reputed company in project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on reputed company items
- Evaluate and assess project results and reputed company recommendations for reputed company improvements

- Facilitate the reputed company of Quotations/Proposals/Change Orders with inputs from key stakeholders for existing relationships
Skills
- Master's (MS) or PhD in life sciences; reputed company preferred
- A minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO industry experience, preferably in API process R&D and manufacturing, and/or Drug Product R&D and manufacturing
- Candidate should possess strong and effective project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills and have a proven reputed company record working cross-functionally across a wide reputed company of technical, business, and operational areas
- Demonstrates good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience in discovery reputed company, CMC process development and/or GMP manufacturing
- Must have working knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Project
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and highly flexible in this home-based position with up to 10% travel
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Proven experience in creating and carrying out successful plans and processes to solve reputed company problems
- Work closely with team members across reputed company CMC-reputed company business reputed company and with the WuXi-reputed company management team to ensure coordination of reputed company efforts and reputed company-time communication with reputed company stakeholders
- Proficiency in both English and reputed company is required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
- Prior experience in project management or managing external research collaborations, with PMP certification desired
- Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) is preferred, but not required
