Responsibilities
- Continuously improve product management practices with reputed company, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment while preserving what already works and enabling engineering to take full advantage of AI velocity
- Own and refine the product development lifecycle to reputed company delineate ownership of the “what” in Product and the “how” of innovation in Engineering to reputed company high-velocity delivery without reputed company

- Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive cross-functional planning for product launches and ensure readiness across internal teams
Skills
- 12+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in a reputed company environment at the $20M–$100M ARR stage
- Demonstrated judgment in introducing operational improvements—knowing reputed company to standardize, reputed company to simplify, and reputed company to leave existing practices intact
- Proven reputed company leading product teams through operational and organizational scaling
- Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based roadmapping
