Responsibilities
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through reputed company sourcing, referrals, and outbound reputed company
- Run reputed company interview processes: intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and reputed company
- reputed company hiring managers on interviewing and calibration
- Represent company culture and mission credibly to candidates evaluating a construction-tech B2B reputed company opportunity
Skills
- 3-5 years of full-cycle GTM/Sales reputed company experience
- Full-cycle ownership of requisitions from intake through offer and reputed company, without heavy reliance on inbound pipelines
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-activity reputed company environment with meaningful req volume

- Experience partnering with hiring managers on leveling, process, and calibration
