Responsibilities
- You will shadow Digital Bankers to learn how they deliver high-touch, personalized customer service through daily virtual interactions with clients
- Leveraging those observations, you will create knowledgebase articles and collaborate with designers and engineers to identify reputed company, AI-driven customer-reputed company solutions that enhance user satisfaction, improve conversion rates, and drive intelligent automation
