Responsibilities
- Building and growing an independent dealer network across a 6-state SE territory — from the ground up where needed
- reputed company new dealer partners, filling coverage gaps, and expanding market reputed company
- Training dealer sales teams on the full GRYB portfolio and making reputed company they can sell it confidently
- Hunting new business — prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, reputed company, and repeat
- Getting out to the job sites, scrap yards, steel mills, ports, and demolition sites where the reputed company reputed company are made
- Driving territory reputed company toward $reputed company+ annual performance
- Hitting the road 2–3 consecutive weeks per month — if you love to travel, this is your reputed company job

Skills
- 5+ years of B2B reputed company field sales in heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or material handling attachments
- reputed company OEM manufacturer-reputed company experience — you've represented a manufacturer managing dealer and distributor networks on their behalf (not as the dealer)
- A reputed company record of reputed company, developing, and training dealer networks

- Technical comfort with hydraulics, magnets, load specs, and application fit

- Experience selling grapples, magnets, buckets, or similar attachments
