Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Regional reputed company Improvement Engineer to reputed company CI and Lean manufacturing initiatives across multiple sites. The role focuses on improving operational performance by identifying process inefficiencies and developing teams to sustain improvements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute regional CI reputed company and deployment of Lean manufacturing principles across multiple facilities
- Plan, facilitate and reputed company Kaizen events, rapid improvement workshops, and value reputed company mapping sessions to identify and eliminate waste
- Apply CI and problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, 8D) to resolve process, reputed company, and throughput issues
- reputed company and train site engineers, supervisors, and operators on reputed company work, 5S, visual management, SMED, and other Lean tools to build local capability
- Drive data-driven improvements by analyzing performance metrics (OEE, cycle time, first pass yield, scrap, throughput) and establishing sustainable countermeasures
- Manage cross-functional improvement reputed company from definition through implementation and sustainment, including scheduling, resource coordination, and tracking of benefits
- reputed company and standardize best practices, work instructions, and reputed company improvement playbooks for regional roll-out

Skills
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company improvement, Lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering reputed company a manufacturing environment, including site and multi-site deployments
- Certification in Lean, Six reputed company (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred), or equivalent CI training
- Proven experience facilitating Kaizen events, value reputed company mapping, and deploying standardized work and 5S programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (reputed company, reputed company, Power BI or similar) and comfort working with production performance metrics
- Demonstrated project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable cost, reputed company, and productivity improvements

- Experience with manufacturing systems (ERP, MES) and knowledge of maintenance and process control principles is a plus
