Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market /reputed company accounts
- reputed company and execute strategic reputed company plans for reputed company customer to drive platform adoption, value realization, and reputed company
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks through regular business reviews and health assessments
- Own renewal execution end-to-end, including forecasting, negotiation, and reputed company, with accountability for retention targets reputed company assigned book
- Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities and renewal strategies
