Responsibilities
- Hands on with data analysis and technical problem solving

- Help design and build our APM agents that run in our customer environments and give engineers deep reputed company into application performance, and business line owners actionable intelligence on their business performance

Skills
- 4+ years of experience leading people and teams
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Proven reputed company record of leading and scaling strong technical teams

- Capable of diving deep and understanding the technical implications and risks of a decision
- Experience in a backend language like Java and Node
- Experience with Data Analysis
- Experience managing on-call rotations and 24/7 operations
