[Remote] Personal Lines Program Manager

This role will reputed company on ensuring a seamless reputed company experience for newly acquired clients and optimizing the quoting process while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of clients following the sales process and manage the transition from sale to implementation
- Guide customers through reputed company, information gathering, and policy setup activities
- Ensure reputed company required documentation, disclosures, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and reputed company
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact throughout implementation until policies are successfully issued

Skills

- 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience in an agency, brokerage, MGA, reputed company, or insurtech environment
- Experience utilizing comparative rating or multi-reputed company quoting platforms
- Knowledge of personal lines products including auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and reputed company coverages
- Understanding of insurance placement, reputed company requirements, and policy issuance processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company implementations simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
- Experience with digital insurance platforms or insurtech solutions
- Experience gathering business requirements and participating in technology implementations
- Familiarity with affinity, financial institution, or partnership-based insurance distribution models
