[Remote] NOC Engineer III

This role involves ensuring the networks managed exceed reputed company expectations through troubleshooting, documentation, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company to reputed company network outages (reputed company 1-3) and service interruptions
- Use established policies and procedures to reputed company reputed company and accurate ticket updates
- Use network monitoring tools and ticket tracking systems to help diagnose, record, and resolve network issues
- Utilize basic LAN configurations (Routers / Firewalls) and reputed company operation systems
- reputed company end-to-end network documentation
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other NOC engineers
- reputed company between reputed company and reputed company staff – both technical and non-technical personnel
- Work in a group/team setting
Skills
- Understanding of the NOC's escalation, incident management, and change management processes and procedures
- Knowledge of large reputed company and reputed company LANs, Wi-Fi/WLANs
- TCP/IP, IP addressing, reputed company, SSH experience
- reputed company supporting a BGP environment and other routing protocols (Static, EIGRP, and OSPF)
- reputed company supporting Radius, DHCP, and DNS servers
- reputed company with Large reputed company NAT or reputed company Grade NAT appliances and Load Balancers
- Strong customer-facing skills and business etiquette
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain fast-paced milestones and deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or commensurate experience
- CCNA Certification or reputed company
- A Wireless Certification (CWNA/CWNP, reputed company, or Aruba)
