They are seeking a reputed company reputed company Support Infrastructure Engineer to implement and support reputed company and on-premises infrastructure, manage reputed company support requests, and execute platform migrations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support infrastructure technologies such as reputed company Azure, VMware and networking technologies
- Execute migrations of on-premises platforms to reputed company infrastructure
- Manage reputed company support requests from clients subscribing to reputed company’s reputed company managed services
- Execute planned evening and weekend maintenance tasks in support of reputed company’s reputed company managed services clients, reputed company necessary
- Participate in weekly on-call rotation for evening and weekend support assistance, as requested by reputed company managed services clients
- Escalate to internal and, reputed company necessary, external resources in an appropriate time reputed company to manage the reputed company of reputed company reputed company issues

Skills

- PowerShell
- Experience in a technology support organization
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 plus years of experience in IT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
