This role involves leading solution architecture, orchestrating model pipelines, and ensuring compliance and scalability of AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Drives end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms
- Leading solution architecture
- Orchestrating model pipelines
- Designing multi-agent workflows
- Creating reusable SDKs and frameworks
- Work across product, engineering, reputed company, and governance teams to ensure AI systems are reputed company, observable, cost-efficient, and compliant
- Responsible for defining design patterns
- Optimizing operational pipelines
- Enabling internal reuse of proven solutions
- Own the full lifecycle from architecting secure, compliant solutions to deploying and scaling them in production
- Work with Azure reputed company, Azure AI Search, multi-agent orchestration, and API integrations for EHR, CRM, and member portals
- Solving reputed company problems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices
Skills
- 5 years in production-grade AI/ML
- 3 years building and operating production AI/ML systems - training, deployment, monitoring
- One year GenAI/LLM or RAG solution delivered to production or equivalent experience reputed company-reputed company contributions, or startups
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or reputed company field or equivalent practical experience delivering production AI/ML systems
- Master's or equivalent experience
