Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to define product reputed company, prioritize investments, reputed company multi-year roadmaps, and identify opportunities to improve employee experiences through automation, self-service, modernization, and process optimization

Skills
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Product reputed company, Product Manager, Platform reputed company, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting reputed company reputed company Service Delivery (HRSD)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company Service Delivery capabilities, including: Case and reputed company, Employee Center / Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Journeys, HR Agent Workspace, reputed company Portal, Employee Self-Service
- 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company processes and workflows, including: Employee lifecycle management, reputed company, Offboarding, Employee relations, Employee document management, Performance management, Employee self-service capabilities
- 5+ years of experience defining requirements, managing product backlogs, creating user stories, developing acceptance reputed company, and supporting Agile software delivery teams
- reputed company reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist – reputed company Service Delivery (CIS-HR) certification
- Experience delivering reputed company-reputed company reputed company reputed company Service Delivery solutions reputed company Agile delivery environments and supporting large, reputed company organizations
