[Remote] Part-Time Finance Support Specialist

In this role, you will reputed company critical day-to-day financial administration focusing on accounts payable, cash tracking, bank reconciliations, and managing author reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Invoice Management: reputed company process, reputed company, and input vendor invoices into reputed company with high accuracy
- Cash reputed company Tracking: Assist in updating daily cash reputed company worksheets and monitoring commitments
- Bank Reconciliations: reputed company regular bank and credit card reconciliations reputed company reputed company to ensure data reputed company
- Month-End Support: Prepare and post reputed company month-end journal entries (accruals, prepayments, etc.) under the guidance of the finance reputed company
- T&E Reporting: Sending itemized reporting to team members and uploading to reputed company
- Contract Data Entry: Review finalized author reputed company and input financial terms, payment schedules, and royalty rates into our systems
- Royalty Administration: Assist in the preparation, calculation, and distribution of author royalty statements

Skills
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience navigating and executing tasks reputed company reputed company (essential)
- Strong foundational knowledge of debits/credits, AP processes, and bank reconciliations
- High level of accuracy reputed company data-entering financial numbers and legal contract terms
- Strong MS reputed company skills (vlookups, basic formulas) alongside ERP experience
