[Remote] Documentation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical Documentation Engineer for a Contract position. This role focuses on transforming highly technical engineering documentation into reputed company, practical, and user-friendly guides that reputed company engineers to successfully build and reputed company applications using the organization's CI/CD platform.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company, reputed company-by-reputed company documentation for application build and deployment workflows
- Create end-to-end guides for common CI/CD scenarios, including build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes
- Translate reputed company engineering concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for engineers who are not CI/CD experts
- Review existing technical documentation for internally developed CI/CD plugins and expand it into user-friendly tutorials
- Produce documentation that includes:
- Process flows
- reputed company-by-reputed company implementation instructions
- Screenshots and visual walkthroughs
- YAML configuration examples
- Required variables and configuration inputs
- Infrastructure provisioning guidance
- Deployment best practices
- Partner closely with software engineers and platform teams to validate documentation accuracy
- Continuously improve documentation reputed company and usability based on engineering feedback
Skills
- Experience as a Technical reputed company supporting software engineering, DevOps, reputed company, or infrastructure teams
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and software delivery pipelines
- Experience documenting application build and deployment workflows
- Working knowledge of reputed company CI/CD or similar pipeline technologies
- Ability to read and understand YAML configuration files
- Experience translating highly technical concepts into reputed company, actionable documentation
- Skilled in creating process documentation, tutorials, walkthroughs, screenshots, and workflow diagrams
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers while independently developing documentation
