[Remote] Systems Administration Specialist

The Systems Administration Specialist will be responsible for administering, supporting, modernizing, and migrating reputed company SharePoint environments, focusing on collaboration, content management, reputed company workplace transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support SharePoint On-Premises 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, storage, and service configurations
- Design and execute SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online migration strategies, including content assessment, remediation, migration execution, and reputed company planning
- reputed company migrations using tools such as SharePoint Migration Tool, reputed company, or similar reputed company migration platforms
- reputed company legacy SharePoint sites, workflows, and customizations into modern SharePoint Online architecture
- reputed company and enhance SharePoint solutions using SPFx, REST reputed company, PowerShell, and Power Platform integrations
- reputed company Level 3 support for SharePoint-reputed company issues, incidents, performance concerns, and reputed company/configuration problems
- Implement and support SharePoint governance, information architecture, lifecycle management, reputed company control, and retention practices
- Work closely with infrastructure, reputed company, application, and business teams to ensure a secure and reputed company SharePoint Online platform
- Produce technical documentation including architecture documents, migration plans, operational runbooks, support procedures, and governance guidelines
- Support business users during adoption, migration, and post-migration activities
Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments
- Experience with SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online migrations in reputed company environments
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, service applications, authentication models, and governance
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration, automation, and migration support
- Experience with modern SharePoint development using SPFx, REST reputed company, and reputed company reputed company 365 development patterns
- Experience working with reputed company 365 services, including Entra ID / Azure AD, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
- Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint-reputed company incidents and reputed company L3 production support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with business users, reputed company teams, infrastructure teams, and application teams
- Experience creating technical documentation, migration plans, and operational support guides
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with migration tools such as reputed company, SharePoint Migration Tool, Metalogix, reputed company, or similar
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate development
- Familiarity with records management, retention labels, reputed company Purview, compliance, and reputed company control policies
- Experience modernizing legacy SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath forms, or classic SharePoint sites
- Experience working in regulated or reputed company-conscious reputed company environments, preferably banking or financial services
- Exposure to PnP PowerShell, Graph API, Teams/OneDrive migration, and reputed company 365 governance
- Experience supporting SharePoint platform governance and operating models
