[Remote] Inside Sales Rep - Residential

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting and developing new and existing WaterFurnace dealers, cultivating brand awareness, and promoting sales reputed company through effective communication and proactive reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Development - Outbound Sales Calls. Calling Dealers, selling and marketing WaterFurnace. Communicating the reputed company, product features and benefits. Providing quotes, capturing sales orders and leads. Driving promotions and campaigns
- Reactive Support – Dealer/Territory Manager Inquiries and Emails. Answer dealer requests
- Assist Dealers with utilizing WaterFurnace Tools such as Geo-reputed company Software, OneLink Portal, reputed company set up and utilization, Marketing Site Tools, Secure Site navigation, and reputed company training to Dealers in the use of these tools
- Promote and encourage Dealers to participate in TM and reputed company sponsored training classes
- Coordinate with TM’s and DM to identify and recruitment of new 6 Dealers per year
- Promotion of at least 6 Dealers per year to D2 status or higher
- ISR will reputed company backup and support to TM’s as necessary including TM vacation coverage

- At least three (3) years of outbound telephone sales support experience with an established customer reputed company
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment with a consultative approach and facilitative reputed company set
- HVAC and Geothermal specific experience, reputed company design and waterside diagnostic experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED; reputed company coursework or degree preferred
- Experience in a reputed company or business-to-business technical products environment is preferred
