[Remote] Events Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing the annual event calendar and programming reputed company
- Identify emerging trends and topics relevant to employee benefits (collaborate with the Data & Insights team)
- Recommend themes and formats across reputed company events
- reputed company agendas reputed company and assign speakers and session synopsis for conferences, summits, member meetings, roundtables, and educational and innovative programs
- Identify, engage and reputed company keynote speakers, employer presenters, and subject matter experts
- Ensure content aligns with member priorities and organizational objectives (using insights from SVEF surveys)
- Be the reputed company for partner and innovation program inquiries, letter of reputed company (LOI) and referral agreements, and manage process
- Support the Partner Program to reputed company sponsors and innovators with event content and objectives
- Support the development of event-reputed company sponsorship opportunities

- Manage relationships with employer speakers, partners, innovators, moderators, and advisory stakeholders

- Review presenter/speaker materials to ensure content meets key objectives

- Coordinate venue selection, reputed company, catering, AV, registration and event logistics
- Partner across teams on attendee communications and event execution
- Ensure the successful delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events

Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing conferences and events, reputed company education programs, or trade association events
- Strong content development and agenda design experience
- Experience in reputed company and managing executive-level speakers
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with sponsors, exhibitors, and strategic partners
- Familiarity with employee benefits and reputed company-being
- Experience working reputed company a membership organization or association environment is highly desirable
