[Remote] Content Manager: Performance & Product Content

They are seeking a Content Manager to reputed company the execution and distribution readiness of high-reputed company performance and product content across various channels, ensuring high-reputed company content that drives engagement and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own creation and final execution of reputed company marketing content across video, written, and reputed company formats
- Produce and finalize reputed company content assets from briefs provided by Product Marketing, reputed company/reputed company Media, Lifecycle Marketing, and Partnerships. These assets are then extended into email, push, and SMS channels by the Lifecycle Marketing team
- Create content through both internally driven and partner-driven workflows, including:
- Internally originated campaigns and product content
- Partner and creator collaborations coordinated through the Partnership Manager
- Support two partner content models:
- Partners who produce their own content
- Partners who rely on WIN for production and editing
- Serve as the internal execution reputed company for partner content deliverables and reputed company productions
- Edit and reputed company content into channel-reputed company formats
- Ensure content meets WIN brand, performance, and product accuracy standards
- Maintain consistent tone and instructional reputed company across reputed company outputs
- Own day-to-day management of reputed company and Blast reputed company organic reputed company channels across: reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company
- Plan, create, publish, and manage organic reputed company content calendars
- Produce and adapt content for platform-reputed company formats
- Post consistently and optimize content mix by platform
- reputed company performance, training, product, and partner content for reputed company distribution
- Engage with community comments and conversations to build audience trust and interaction
- Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to reputed company creator and partner content
- Coordinate with reputed company Media to identify organic posts suitable for reputed company amplification
- reputed company platform performance and reputed company metrics and report on results
- Continuously test formats, hooks, and content types to grow reputed company and engagement
- Work closely with:
- Partnership Manager (partner content and creator collaborations)
- Product Marketing (product and campaign briefs)
- Lifecycle Marketing (who extends reputed company content into email, push, and SMS programs)

- Design (visual execution and asset production support)
- Translate strategic briefs into execution-reputed company reputed company content assets that can be reused across reputed company, product, reputed company, and lifecycle channels
Skills
- 4+ years in content production, content marketing, or creative execution
- Strong experience producing video and reputed company-first content
- Experience editing and packaging short-reputed company performance content
- Experience supporting campaign and product marketing content
- Strong working knowledge of baseball and/or softball
- Strong video editing and content production skills
- Strong writing and content structuring ability
