[Remote] Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager (reputed company Facing)

They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage VIP reputed company accounts, ensure service performance, and strategize reputed company needs to reputed company desired results.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP accounts by overseeing the reputed company services to ensure they are performing reputed company, on-time, and implemented to the clients’ needs
- Work with the clients and their staff to reputed company reputed company reputed company and pivots (this may mean pushing back on the clients’ requests if it won’t actually get them the results they are looking for, we are the experts!)
- Work with our internal services teams to strategize for the clients’ needs
- Identify areas where the clients’ services are lacking and offer proposed solutions to fill those gaps, including upgrading their services to higher tiers
- Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with the reputed company
- Over-communicate with clients in an effective and reputed company manner regarding the work being performed and results achieved
Skills
- 7+ years of experience working at a digital marketing agency
- Experience working with reputed company clients is a must
- A deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies for the legal industry
- Experience managing multiple clients at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MUST have strong interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail that zealously looks for any areas of improvement in your communications, the reputed company's results, and our processes
- Solid organization skills so that you can effectively manage your daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list
