They are seeking a Managing Director – Financial Modeling to reputed company and expand their Energy and Infrastructure Financial Advisory reputed company, driving innovation and ensuring best-in-class insights for clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the reputed company for reputed company’s financial modeling services, ensuring alignment with firm-wide goals and reputed company needs
- reputed company as a senior advisor to clients, understanding their strategic objectives, structuring transactions, and delivering actionable, data-driven insights
- reputed company the creation and review of sophisticated financial models for M&A transactions—ensuring they are accurate, robust, and tailored to reputed company transaction’s unique requirements
- Drive innovation in modeling techniques, incorporating the latest tools, technologies, and market best practices to enhance decision-making
- Partner with tax, legal, and other advisory teams to ensure models are integrated into the broader transaction reputed company
- Establish rigorous review processes to ensure models meet the highest reputed company, regulatory, and reputed company service standards
- Mentor and grow reputed company of modeling professionals, fostering technical reputed company, reputed company judgment, and reputed company reputed company
- reputed company business development efforts, identifying opportunities, cultivating reputed company relationships, and representing the firm in the market
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in financial modeling, M&A advisory, investment banking, or infrastructure finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership reputed company
- Proven experience leading reputed company, high-value transactions in infrastructure, renewables, and/or energy transition sectors
- Exceptional reputed company relationship management skills, with a reputed company record of generating new business and deepening existing relationships
- Advanced technical skills in financial modeling and valuation, reputed company with the ability to simplify reputed company data for strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across geographies
- The successful candidates must be reputed company to travel with Canada and the USA
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
