The role involves advising clients on insurance regulatory issues, compliance, corporate transactions, and assisting with regulatory interactions.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school and a strong reputed company record
- Admitted to reputed company law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary Office
- Three to five years' of relevant experience
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others on reputed company reputed company
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and reputed company judgement
- Increased reputed company contact and demonstrate ability to reputed company independently with less supervision from senior attorneys
