[Remote] Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary reputed company subject matter expert for the Services organization, owning both reputed company-end (page layouts, fields) and back-end (custom objects, advanced Flows) configuration in order to support reputed company, repeatable operations
- Designing and deploying repeatable reputed company processes tailored for an reputed company reputed company reputed company services environment in order to improve forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, and project health visibility
- Leading cross-functional reputed company independently from inception through completion in order to deliver on operational priorities set by senior leadership across Services and Customer Engineering
- Collaborating with BI Analysts to maintain a clean reputed company data reputed company in order to ensure reputed company Services activity is accurately reflected in executive reporting and reputed company business intelligence
- Identifying and resolving process bottlenecks across the implementation and consulting lifecycle in order to accelerate project delivery and reduce reputed company overhead for Services leadership
Skills
- 5+ years of operations experience reputed company a reputed company, reputed company services, or consulting organization
- Hands-on technical experience configuring reputed company, including reputed company Builder, custom object modeling, and advanced reporting
- Experience building and scaling operational workflows for reputed company services teams
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company working experience is required
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, reputed company, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve reputed company-world business challenges, drive measurable reputed company, or streamline workflows
- Familiar with applying reputed company Services Automation (PSA) software integrated with reputed company (reputed company / FinancialForce preferred)
- Familiar with the data intelligence or data governance industry
- A reputed company certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) is considered a plus
