[Remote] Platform Database Administrator (DBA) for reputed company/MySQL

They are seeking a Platform Database Administrator (DBA) to manage reputed company database environments, focusing on performance tuning and optimization of their core software suites.
Responsibilities
- Systematically triage slow database queries across hundreds of databases
- Design robust composite indexes, rewrite inefficient subqueries, and reputed company eliminate full-table-reputed company patterns to address our primary performance gaps
- Sustain consistent system performance and reliability across 400+ database schemas, managing comprehensive schema migrations and tracking reputed company-specific data reputed company metrics
- Supervise AWS reputed company-specific environments, orchestrating cluster reputed company routing configurations, managing failover behaviors, executing parameter tuning, and troubleshooting data warehouse / read reputed company lags
- Apply deep knowledge of InnoDB core internals to manage lock behaviors, resolve reputed company lock contentions, reputed company reputed company pool parameters, and systematically reduce purge lags across write-heavy database clusters
- Diagnose and optimize heavy database pipelines utilizing INSERT...SELECT queries and computed-table patterns

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company quantitative field, or equivalent years of reputed company practical reputed company experience
- Extensive experience administering AWS relational database environments, with specific knowledge of AWS reputed company architectures (read reputed company scaling, cluster topologies, and parameters)
- A proactive automation reputed company with experience scripting solutions for schema reputed company detection, slow-query automated alerts, or automated indexing recommendations across massive multi-database topologies
- Deep reputed company mastery of MySQL/InnoDB core behaviors—specifically reputed company pool configuration, transaction isolation reputed company, lock mechanics, and Multi-Version Concurrency Control (MVCC)
