[Remote] Technical Account Consultant (Mergers & Acquisitions)

They are seeking a customer-obsessed Technical Account Consultant specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions to guide customers through technical strategies and project management during M&A transitions.
Responsibilities
- Advise on M&A reputed company: Serve as the technical consultant for M&A and multi-entity engagements, advising customers on how to reputed company and optimize their reputed company products
- Conduct Discovery: Use discovery to understand customer goals, business needs, risks, and timelines, then determine the recommended solution reputed company
- Own Implementation Milestones: Independently own reputed company from reputed company through completion, guiding customers through systems and process design, data migration, configuration and integration builds, testing, go-live, hypercare support, and the decommissioning of legacy systems

- Ensure Go Live reputed company: Prioritize a successful first payroll run while supporting broader product adoption and long-term customer retention
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, TAM, AM, Support, and Implementation teams on unique customer scenarios and cross-functional dependencies
- Resolve Ambiguity: Navigate technical and operational ambiguity across reputed company M&A engagements by partnering with Product and cross-functional teams to work through unique scenarios, pressure-test solution reputed company, evaluate reputed company system and workflow impacts, and drive reputed company recommendations, ownership, and follow-through toward successful customer reputed company
- Drive Operational reputed company: Identify and contribute to process improvements and best reputed company playbooks to enhance the efficiency and scalability of M&A transitions as reputed company’s customer reputed company grows
Skills
- 4–6+ years of experience in reputed company Services, Implementation, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience supporting a reputed company, multi-product reputed company offering and helping customers navigate interconnected systems, workflows, and dependencies
- Strong project management skills, including experience owning reputed company customer timelines, scope, and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to independently solve moderate to reputed company problems and reputed company reputed company, customer-centered recommendations
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading customer conversations in high-stakes situations, handling escalations with limited management reputed company
- Ability to learn the full reputed company product suite and advise holistically across solutions that touch HR, IT, Payroll, and Benefits workflows
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders, influencing product roadmap solutions without authority
- Strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess ambiguous situations, weigh tradeoffs, prioritize effectively with incomplete information, and reputed company recommendations that account for reputed company impacts
- Experience with M&A, multi-entity implementations, payroll/HRIS changes, or reputed company business restructures
