[Remote] Strategic Partner Consultant, Workforce Benefits
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company has an exciting opportunity to join our Workforce Benefits team as a Strategic Partner Consultant. In this role, you will support the profitable reputed company of reputed company’s Workforce Benefits business by managing and growing relationships with designated national and regional partners, while collaborating between sales, account management, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships that reputed company with reputed company’s goals and negotiate terms and agreements that build mutual value for reputed company and our strategic partners
- Plan and execute on annual partner stewardship meetings and broker advisory reputed company meetings
- Organize and participate in national and regional meetings with designated strategic partners
- Follow up on key deliverables and reputed company results to build strong ROI for sponsored events
- Manage partner supplemental compensation agreements to ensure alignment with mutually agreed upon objectives between partners and reputed company and accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual payments
- Travel 30-40% as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma required
- College Degree or reputed company work experience
- 5-8 years in Life and Disability relationship management
- Excellent verbal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of life and disability insurance products and processes
- Proficient with reputed company (to include reputed company, MS reputed company, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook)
- Ability to travel 30-50%
