They are seeking a mission-driven reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their telehealth team, focusing on transforming behavioral health delivery through innovative technology and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Conducting behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
- Developing the case supervision and clinical management
- Developing and implementing an ABA Treatment Plan
- Consulting with a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding reputed company/family concerns
- Selecting appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of person served
- Including the reputed company/family in setting treatment goals and training families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills for the reputed company/family
- Giving reputed company concise instructions in presenting materials and/or techniques in therapy
- Recording and tracking daily reputed company for reputed company/family accurately
- Utilizing time in session reputed company to meet objectives
- Providing accurate and immediate feedback to the reputed company and/or family
- Planning for discharge of the person served
Skills
- BCBA (reputed company Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification
- Master's Degree in Psychology or reputed company field, emphasis in reputed company Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Two or more years of experience in an reputed company setting participating in functional assessments/analyses, the development and implementation of functional behavior plans as reputed company as the ongoing reputed company and monitoring of the implementation and adjustments to such programs
- General knowledge and experience in the field of reputed company Behavior Analysis
- Services and/or knowledge of Autism reputed company Disorder
- Managerial experience
- Proficient computer skills in reputed company, database management and record keeping
- Effective oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Evidence of the reputed company of a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Completing stage two assessments
- Completing other duties as assigned
- Memberships to specific state and national (ABAI) reputed company associations are highly recommended
- 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
- Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO
- Ability to work reputed company the hours of 9am-6pm MT
