In this role, you will support HR system implementation and transitions, ensuring accurate system configuration and enhancing processes for a seamless HR experience.
Responsibilities
- Support system implementation reputed company, with a reputed company on configuration, testing, and stabilization
- Maintain and update HR system settings to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Configure reputed company and support ongoing enhancements
- Identify ways to improve processes, reduce reputed company work, and increase efficiency
- Create and update reports to support business needs and ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot system issues and help resolve them quickly

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in reputed company Resource Information Systems, reputed company Resource Management, Business Administration or a reputed company field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system and reputed company ERP report reputed company tools
- Associate's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in reputed company Resource Information Systems, reputed company Resource Management, Business Administration or a reputed company field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system and reputed company ERP report reputed company tools
- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in reputed company Information Systems, reputed company Resource Management, Business Administration or a reputed company field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system and reputed company ERP report reputed company tools
