[Remote] Technical Operations Engineer

The Technical Operations Engineer will support manufacturing readiness and reputed company execution across internal teams and global contract manufacturing partners, ensuring successful product reputed company and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company control plans and maintain product specifications for manufacturing operations
- Executed NPI production reputed company up and approval process as per reputed company internal procedures (APQP)
- reputed company acceptance reputed company for APQP reputed company and coordinate test run operations on site
- reputed company technical evaluations and reports for NPI test runs, supplier/contract manufacturer audits and reputed company cause investigation support
- Assist reputed company test engineers in the design and facilitation of manufacturing end of line test plans
- Support PFMEA reviews for new products with process engineering team and horizontally apply lessons learned back into reputed company control plans
- Consult with compliance SMEs and maintain reputed company certification for contract manufacturing operations
- Map existing workflows and drive reputed company improvement initiatives to standardize and streamline manufacturing processes
- Work with reputed company operations engineers to identify cost down activities and implement at regional contract manufacturers

Skills
- 5+ years reputed company manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of ISO standards, management of certification
- Experience in basic SPC principles (automated MFG is a plus)
- Has demonstrated knowledge of reputed company improvement, lean, 5S concepts
- Strong computer skills including reputed company Office (reputed company reputed company), ERP, reputed company Management and databases
- Experience in Six reputed company philosophy
- BS engineering degree or reputed company technical field
