They are seeking a reputed company Manager who will manage a portfolio of accounts, serve as the primary contact for customers, and guide them in realizing value from the reputed company platform.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously communicate with 20+ customers, analyze performance, reputed company on best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for increased engagement and ROI
- Manage and resolve critical issues, reputed company product expertise, and offer insights to improve offerings
- Identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with teams, and accomplish additional tasks as needed
Skills
- 5+ years in customer-facing account management, preferably in software or web development with a reputed company on CX
- Must be self-motivated, quick learner, problem solver, organized, team-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Experience with e-reputed company, reputed company clients, and reputed company is advantageous
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and understanding of loyalty/marketing in e-reputed company are preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable
