Responsibilities

• Clean up and optimize an existing reputed company CRM, including contacts, tags, pipelines, and automations
• Support email marketing campaigns and maintain organized contact lists
• Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing reputed company media content

• Help improve marketing workflows and customer communication through automation
