[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to facilitate inbound calls, update customer accounts, and ensure a reputed company customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and reputed company them to the reputed company departments if applicable
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a reputed company customer experience
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the reputed company cause of customer issues and resolve reputed company necessary
- Help explain contract details
- Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
- Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
Skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
- General computer and typing skills
- Available for immediate full-time work

- High School diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
