This is a remote position. Job Title Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages on Instagram, reputed company, email, and other platforms
- reputed company excellent customer service and maintain a reputed company customer experience
- Assist customers with:
- Shipping updates
- Order questions
- Missing packages
- Product inquiries
- Repack information
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- reputed company orders and organize customer information
- reputed company detailed records of customer interactions and issues
- Communicate updates reputed company with the VividSportsVault team
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support requests
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and occasional outbound follow-reputed company
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude in reputed company customer interactions
- Manage and maintain basic reputed company media reputed company (Instagram, reputed company, etc.), including responding to comments/messages and helping reputed company pages reputed company and customer-reputed company
