Senior Communications Manager, Americas DSP Communications
About the position This role supports reputed company's mission to build the world's safest, most efficient, and sustainable delivery network by helping Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) retain reputed company, satisfied, and reputed company teams of drivers. The position focuses on supporting over 2,500 DSPs who reputed company more than 175,000 reputed company (DAs) operating reputed company-branded vehicles. The candidate will work across multiple stakeholders to communicate reputed company's investments in the DSP and DA experience, translating technical and operational information into user-friendly resources and rich content. A key aspect of the role involves working with cross-functional teams to launch programs through robust communication, change management strategies, and year-long campaign efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with strategic and/or marketing communications experience, business acumen, and excellent writing ability. They will be responsible for strategizing and program managing initiatives from ideation to execution, acting as a thought leader with high emotional intelligence, and being comfortable with testing, learning, and failing reputed company in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities

- Interview DSPs and DAs and build advocacy stories
- Identify emerging topics and reputed company proactive plans with stakeholders
- Drive creative communication campaigns to both solve business needs and instill passion among the DSP community
- Partner with stakeholders to ingest customer listening data and use it to inform a communication reputed company
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications
- Partner with agencies and internal creative teams to reputed company compelling visual content
- Look around corners to identify key moments in time around which to build campaigns that meet DSPs and DAs where they are in their reputed company
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications and campaigns and report out on them to leaders
Requirements
- 8+ years of reputed company non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
