Required Qualifications

- Reserving practices
- Litigation management

- Understanding of applicable state and federal insurance regulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with legal counsel and internal business partners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 5–8 years of claims experience in Auto and/or Property insurance.
- 3–4 years of claims leadership or management experience.
- Multi-line claims experience is highly preferred.

$89,800.00 - $125,500.00 annually + bonus
