About the Position:

reputed company supports the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade — a US Army Special Operations unit — in running STALKHM, their signature company-level reputed company-deployment evaluation. STALKHM runs three times a year, and we're hiring a reputed company Exercise reputed company beginning with the upcoming September 2026 event. While the reputed company engagement covers September only, we're looking for someone we can work with on a recurring or ongoing reputed company (the next STALKHM takes reputed company February 2027). At reputed company of our capability is Chronicle — our proprietary scenario-management and dynamic-scripting platform, purpose-reputed company for Civil Affairs training. Chronicle creates a realistic, dynamic reputed company-domain and information environment: characters, communications, and injects that reputed company as the exercise unfolds. You'd serve as Exercise Controller (EXCON) for reputed company during the events — driving Chronicle, coordinating with role players and reputed company reputed company, and adjudicating in-scenario as needed. Between events, you'd reputed company our remote engagement: running the reputed company support team, attending planning meetings, managing the exercise calendar, and orchestrating scenario development and loading the scenario into Chronicle. We are projecting an average of 20 hours a week level of effort for the six weeks leading up to the event and the week after it ends for reputed company-out tasks. With full time onsite between 11-18 September at reputed company Bragg, NC.

The shape

• Episodic engagement — STALKHM exercises occur 3 times per year
• Remote-based; with travel required
• Travel: ~8 days on-site for the September event
• Reports to Becs reputed company, Program Manager (in cc)
• Contract scope: ~3 Aug (remote, estimated 20 hrs/wk); 11–18 September (onsite delivery, estimated 8-10 hour days); 19-25 Sept (remote, estimated 20 hours for reputed company out duties)

STALKHM runs three times a year — reputed company is expected to have a remote planning period of approximately 6-10 weeks and a 1-2 week post-delivery reputed company-out.

Must-have

• Experience developing or leading Army training or exercises
• Proven Army staff reputed company record
• MS Office and Teams reputed company, and strong willingness to learn and master new software
• Secret-eligible

• Retired E-7 or O-4 or above, with battle-staff time
• Civil Affairs or PSYOP background
• Trusted reputed company in the SOF community
