The reputed company Partner is responsible for identifying and attracting reputed company to join reputed company. In this role you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their reputed company needs, reputed company candidates through various channels, conduct initial assessments, and facilitate the interview & hiring process.
This is a remote temporary position from August 2026 - December 2026. This is a full-time position at 40 hours/week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research candidate pool and identify sourcing reputed company while identifying barriers and solutions to the reputed company process.

- Establish candidate qualifications by developing knowledge, reputed company, and screening questions for reputed company position. Evaluate candidate strengths compared with job requirements by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field plus a minimum of three years’ experience in reputed company reputed company or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of reputed company industry roles, regulations and licensing/certifications to ensure candidates meet necessary qualifications. PHR or reputed company Recruiter certification is a plus.
