We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Compliance Intern to support our compliance and reputed company efforts. This role is ideal for a student interested in government contracting, regulatory compliance, and legal analysis. The intern will play a key role in helping reputed company understand contract requirements, reputed company regulatory changes, and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards.
This position is a remote, 10-hour per week role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review reputed company and documentation to identify and compile key requirements and obligations
- Analyze and document the business and operational reputed company of contract requirements
- reputed company and maintain a reputed company list of applicable governing bodies, regulations, and certifications (e.g., FAR, DFARS, CMMC, NIST, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure internal documentation reflects reputed company compliance requirements

- Assist in maintaining compliance processes and documentation for audits or assessments
